According to the BBC, Macanese cuisine is the first ever fusion cuisine happened in the map of the gastronomy world! The minchi from plays a vital role in the cuisine which combines the eastern and western cooking culture.
The western minched pork levels up by with the smoky and meaty favours. The fried potatoes offers a crunchy texture to the mix and there’s no better finishing touch with a sunny side up egg! I lost count in how many rice i ordered for this magical combination!
